Aroma Description - Warm, spicy aroma that is powerfully green and
herbaceous.
Traditional uses for Thyme Essential Oil include -
Eases the symptoms of colds and respiratory system infections, coughs and bronchitis.
Useful for pain relief, cramping and muscle tension and for arthritis.
The antimicrobial qualities of Thyme are helpful in acne treatments and a derivative of Thymol (the antimicrobial agent in Thyme oil) is used in some mainstream mouthwash preparations.
Soothes irritation on the skin, reduces Eczema, Dermatitis and Thrush.
Thyme is a calming oil good for helping with anxiety and conditions where high stress is apparent.
Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and de-toxifying effects
