Traditional uses for Caraway Seed Essential Oil include -
A stress-busting Essential Oil, - soothing & calming it helps to create peaceful environment when burnt.
Caraway is used widely in the perfumery industry and is often used to help fragrance products like soaps, bath bombs and lotions for the body.
Its gently fresh and minty aroma makes it a popular choice as an addition to toothpastes and mouthwashes - as Caraway is also strongly anti-septic it packs a punch when used as a natural breath freshener.
When used in massage it is warming and helps with relief from sore, tense and tight muscles, and is very cleansing - helping to remove toxins from the body.
For skin care preparations it is a balancing Essential Oil - making it highly prized as it can be used successfully on mature and dry skin types - helping to nourish and hydrate - as well as oily and compacted skins to reduce sebum production and as a useful astringent.
