Traditional uses for Long Pepper Essential Oil include -
Long Pepper is a useful and exciting alternative to regular Black Pepper.
It has a similar, but deeper fragrance profile to that of many other Pepper Essential Oils.
Long Pepper oil is great for inducing warmth and relaxation to the muscles & joints during massage.
It has analgesic qualities that can help reduce the pain in muscles and stiff joints. It also improves circulation and toxin removal.
It has strong anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant qualities making it great for immune system support. When used with regularity the Essential Oil can reduce free radical damage, and helps keep the body and skin healthy & youthful.
Often used to reduce the symptoms of digestive conditions - such as relieving muscular spasms, helping to expel trapped wind, and can also in this respect be used to reduce the pain of menstrual cramps.
