Green Cardamom Absolute is a real treat for Cardamom lovers!
It has a more intense aroma than regular Green Cardamom, with a superior finish to the aroma and is highly recommended for connoisseurs of Cardamom as a rare and precious product to be savoured and enjoyed in a variety of ways.
It has the expected eucalyptus-like balsamic notes, but the aroma is warmer, sweeter and has beautiful undertones of ginger, tea and wood.
The product is a little more viscous than regular Cardamom, but is still highly workable. It often has a very pale brown/golden colour but can also be almost clear in colour, depending on the batch.
Cardamom Absolute eases indigestion, nausea and digestive conditions, and is supportive to gastrointestinal health.
Useful for pain relief, inflammation and muscular aches and soreness.
