Traditional uses for Amber Essential Oil include -
An interesting and rare Essential Oil, that is taken from the fossilized sap of the giant Prehistoric Conifer tree Pinus succinefera.
It is a diverse Essential Oil with a broad and impressive spectrum of uses.
Amber Essential Oil is refreshing & uplifting, it helps to reduce anxiety & stress and increases energy levels and focus.
In skin care preparations as it has strong antibacterial and antimicrobial qualities, making it great for oily, sallow, spotty and acne skin types. It is also good for mature, dry and parched skin types due to its high anti-oxidant content, it helps to reduce the effects of free-radicals & environmental pollutants.
It can also be used for minor skin conditions to help aid a speedy recovery - burns, bites, cuts, grazes, stings, bruises etc with its strong antiseptic qualities.
Used in massage it is useful to release the tension in stiff and achy muscles and soothes the pain and inflammation in arthritic joints due to its notable anti-inflammatory index.
